Where under sections 10 and 11 the prescribed authority has notified or revised the fare rates, or even in case where the prescribed authority has not notified the fare rates, the tourism unit operator or the travel agent/tour operator or the guide or the adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall display a notice of the fare rates, the number of lodgers to be accommodated in each room at a conspicuous place in the tourism unit, business premises of the travel agent/tour operator, the guide or the adventure sports operator and an agent of the tourism unit operator shall also keep a copy certified by the prescribed authority, of such information on his person.
