No ejectment to be made if fare paid

No tourism unit operator or travel agent/tour operator or guide or adventure sports operator, as the case may be, shall evict or refuse any service to a lodger or to a customer so long he pays or is ready and willing to pay the fare rates notified and observes and implements the other conditions of his agreement in so far as they are consistent with the provisions of this Act.
