Power of extend provisions of the Act : The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all or any of the provisions of this Act or of the rules made thereunder shall, with such exceptions, adaptations or modifications shall mutatis mutandis, apply to persons doing the business in the State of Arunachal Pradesh of outdoor photography, renting ponies, mules or horses to tourists, operating caravan tours and home stay as may be specified in the notification and the competent authority may fix the rates to be charged for the services to be rendered.
