Appeal
The Arunachal Pradesh Tourism (Trade Registration and Regulation) Act, 2016(1) Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), an appeal shall lie from every order of the Registration authority passed under sections 7, 8 and 15 of this Act to the appellate authority as may be specified by the Government by a notification. (2) Every such appeal as stated in sub-section (1) shall be preferred within ninety days from the date of communication of the order. On receipt of any appeal, the appellate authority shall, after giving the appellant a reasonable opportunity of being heard and after making such inquiry as it deems proper, pass such order as it may deem fit, after recording the reasons thereof. Provided that the appellate authority may entertain the appeal after the expiry of the said period of ninety days if it is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from preferring the appeal in time.
