Two members from Para Veterinarians/equivalent in Fisheries Department having more than 10 year of service in Animal Husbandry/Fisheries Departments.

Disqualifications of members A person shall not be qualified for being nominated as, and for being, a member of the Council if,-

1. (i) he is an un-discharged insolvent; or
2. (ii) he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent Court; or
3. (iii) He has been punished by the Council in any manner for infamous conduct in the profession; or
4. (iv) He has been dismissed from service under any Government or any institution; or
5. (v) his name has been removed from the register maintained under this Act and has not been reinstated; or
6. (vi) he has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude.
