Chapter IX MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order, do anything not in consistent with such provisions, which appear to them to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
- (2) No order under sub-section (1) shall be made after the expiration of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.
