Chapter VI RECOGNITION OF PARAVETERINARY AND ALLIED EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS
Statutory text
- (1) The Council on representation or otherwise may recognize any Diploma or Certificate awarded by any University, Council or Institution established under any law for the time being in force to be recognized qualification for the purposes of this Act.
- (2) Where a qualification is recognized under sub-section (1), the Government shall, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh gazette, declare the same as equivalent qualification for the purposes of this Act.
