Chapter III CONSTITUTION OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Statutory text
- (1) There shall be maintained separate registers for Animal Husbandry, Dairy and Fisheries Diploma Holders and such other Para veterinary/allied Technicians declared as such by the Government.
- (2) The Register shall be maintained in such manner (manual and electronic) and in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.
- (3) The Secretary shall keep the registers in accordance with the provision of this Act and the rules and regulations framed there under.
- (4) The registers shall be deemed to be public document within the meaning of section 74 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872(Central Act 1 of 1872).
