Chapter V REGISTRATION OF PARA VETERINARY AND ALLIED TECHNICIAN
Statutory text
- (1) Every registration made under section 21 shall be valid for five years and will have to be renewed before the end of the fifth year.
- (2) Where the renewal is not made before the due date, the Secretary shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register: Provided that a name so removed may be restored to the register on payment of the renewal fee, together with such fine, as may be prescribed.
- (3) On payment of the renewal fee and the fine, if any, the Secretary shall, in the manner prescribed, issue a Certificate of Registration to the person concerned and where the name of the person has been removed from the register under sub-section (2) he shall re-enter his name in the register.
