(3) Any pcrson who possesses any of lhe qualifica~ionsin the First, Second nr Third Schcdule to the Indian Mcdical Council Act, 1956 (Central Act 102 o f 1756) sl~allsubject to any condition laid dow11by or under . 2. (4) (a) Evcryperson, whosc namewas entcredonadalcpriorto Is1May,1961 in indian MedicalCouncilRcgisler and continued in such register on the day immcdialely preceding rhe gpoinled day, shall be cnrirlcd to havc his namecontinued in thc register preparcd under this Act.
