4. (7) The accounrs ofthe Councilshall be kept byIhc Registrar, inthe prescribcdmanner. .!I (8) ThcRegistrarshallhavesuchsupervisorypowersovcrthe staffasmaybeprescribcd,andmayperfoniisuch other duties and dischargesuch othcr funcliuns as may be specified in this Act, or as may bc prescr~bcd.
