There shall bcpaid tothe President, [heVice-Prcsident andothermcmbersofrhe Council, andto he m of its Execulive Committee, such feesand allowances forattendanceat meetings.andsuchreasonable ling allowance, as shall from lime to time be prescribed.

13. income and expendirureofthe Council

1. (1) The income of tl~cCouncil sliall consist of-
   • (a) rcgistra~ionlees rcceived from thc practirioners;
   • (b) grants received from he Govcrnmear, if any; and
   • (c) any othcr sums raiscd by the Council.
     • (i) salaries and allowances of thc Regismar and Ihc shff maintained by the Council;
