Cancellation of lease.

(1) The Government may cancel the lease after giving three months previous notice to the lessee. When any lease is cancelled under sub-section (1), the Collector shall, after inquiry, submit a report as to the amount of compensation to be paid to the lessee; and the Government may pass proper orders thereon.
