Power to possession of boats etc., in case of emergency.

When a boat or the equipments thereof or any other material of a ferry are emergently required for transport of any man, animal, vehicle or other thing on service of the Government, Collector may take possession and use the same: Provided that such compensation shall be paid for the use thereof as the Government may in each case direct.
