Penalty for maintaining private ferry within prohibited limits.

Any person who establishes a ferry in contravention of the provisions of section 12, shall be liable to a fine which may extend to three hundred rupees, and if he maintains it on being sentenced shall be liable to a further fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for every day.
