Mortgages created in favour of [an Agricultural Development Bank] to stand vested in [Central Agricultural Development Banks].

The [mortgages created in favour of] and all other assets transferred to [an Agricultural Development Bank] by the members thereof shall, with effect from the [date of such creation] or transfer, be deemed to have been transferred by such [Agricultural Development Bank] to the [Central Agricultural Development Bank] and shall vest in the Trustee.
