Protection of acts done in good faith

Statutory text
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Registrar or any person subordinate to him or acting on his authority or any nominee of the Government for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any provision of this Act or of any rule or bye-law made thereunder.
