Copy of Act Rules, Bye-laws etc., to be open to inspection

(1) Every Society shall keep, a copy of this Act, the Rules and Bye-laws, books of Accounts and all records, documents and registers for access by its members, free of charge, at all reasonable times, at its office. Access shall be provided for every member to inspect such portions of the above said books, registers, documents and records as requested. (2) A society shall furnish to a member, on request in writing, and on payment of such fees as may be fixed, a copy of any of the documents mentioned in sub-section (1) or extract of the transactions relating to him with the society within thirty days from the date of payment of such fees.
