In this Chapter,— (a) ‘Board‘ means the Board of directors of the Telangana State Co-operative Apex Bank Limited (TESCAB); and includes a financing bank or any person authorised by it. (b) [xxx] (c) ‘Agricultural Development Bank‘ means a co-operative society registered as such or deemed to be registered under this Act; (d) ‘Trustee‘ means the Trustee referred to in section 86.
