Appeal

B. Appeal.—

1. (1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed under section 77-A may prefer an appeal to the Managing Director within thirty days from the date of receipt of the order.
2. (2) The Managing Director may admit the appeal after the expiry of the period of thirty days, if he is satisfied that the appellant had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within that period.
3. (3) The Managing Director shall, after giving the parties to the appeal an opportunity of being heard, dispose the appeal within sixty days from the date of filing.
