Works to be done by licensed plumber

1. (1) . Except as otherwise permitted by the Board, no person other than a licensed plumber shall execute any work under this act and no person, shall permit any such work to be executed except by a licensed plumber.
2. (2) . The Board shall prescribe the manner, the principles and procedure for licensing of plumbers, the charges to be levied for any work done by them, the guidelines to be followed by them, the cancellation of licences and for all matters connected with plumbing.
