Devaswom Surplus Fund and its administration

The unspent balance of each year out of the Devaswoms Fund referred to in section 97-B or such portion of it, as may be determined by the Board of Trustees constituted under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 47 and approved by the Commissioner shall be added on to the dev Surplus Fund. The Devaswom Surplus Fund shall be administered, subject to the direction and control of the Commissioner.
