Annual verification of the register

The trustee or his authorized agent shall scrutinize the entries in the register every year and submit to the Commissioner for his approval, directly or through the Assistant Commissioner, as the case may require; a verified statement showing the alterations, omissions, or additions, required in the register and the provisions of sub-section (3) to (6) of section 29 shall apply in relation to such statement as they apply in relation to a register.
