(1) The discipline in the University shall be maintained by the Vice-Chancellor and he shall take such disciplinary action against a student as appears necessary. (2) A student may be expelled from the University or rusticated for any period or punished with fine or debarred from taking any examination conducted by the University for one or more years under the direction of the Vice-Chacellor. (3) The result of any student may be withheld or cancelled under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor. (4) Deleted ;
