Other Authority 9

(1) An Authority of the University may appoint as many standing and special Committees as it may deem necessary and may also appoint such persons to a committee who are not members of such Authority. (2) A Committee may deal with a matter assigned to it and the the action taken by the Committee shall be final on confirmation by the Authority appointing it.
