Chapter IX WELFARE AND GRIEVANCE REDERESSAL MECHANISM FOR
Statutory text
Subject to the provisions of section 300 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), nothing contained in this Act shall bar the prosecution of any person under any other law, for anything done or made punishable under this Act.
