Chapter II CONSTITUTION AND ORGANIZATION OF POLICE SERVICE
Statutory text
(1) There shall be one Police Service in the State. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law or any of the provisions of this Act, members of the Police Service shall be liable for posting anywhere in the State and outside the State, as may be ordered by the competent authority.
