Recovery of Board’s dues as arrears of land revenue

All sums including grants and loans given by the Board or any interest or costs in respect thereof becoming due to the Board under this Act, whether before or after the commencement of the Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board Amendment Act, 1961, and whether such sums have become due by virtue of any contract or otherwise, shall be recoverable as arrears of Land Revenue.
