Application of fund and property

All property, fund and other assets with the Board shall be held and applied by it subject to the provisions and for the purposes of this Act. The employees of the Board shall generally be governed by the same conditions and rules of service as are applicable to the Government servants of the State of Punjab possessing equal status.
