Statutory text

(1) Every registered practitioner shall get his registration renewed within two months of the commencement of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Haryana Amendment and Validation) Act, 1989 and thereafter the registration shall be got renewed after every five years within one month of the expiry of the period of registration, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
(2) If the registered practitioner fails to get his registration renewed within the period provided in sub-section (1), his name, shall thereafter stand removed from the Register:
