Chapter IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY

- (1) The Academic Council shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, have the power to make regulations providing for the courses of study and shall have general control over teaching, research and extension work of the University and shall be responsible for maintenance of the standards thereof.
