Authorities for bona fide purposes

The State Government shall make suitable provisions for issuing authorities to persons and institutions for the possession and use of such liquor as may be required by them for any bona fide religious purposes in accordance with ancient custom, under such terms and conditions and penalties for infringement as may be prescribed.
