Chapter VIII MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
- (1) No Court inferior to the Court of Magistrate of the second class shall take cognizance of or try an offence under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
- (2) No Court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder except on a complaint in writing of an officer empowered by rules made in this behalf.
