Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT AND CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNCIL AND THE FACULTY
Statutory text
- (1) On the date the first Council is constituted under the provisions of this Act, the existing "Orissa Ayurvedic Examination Board" shall cease to exist and all its assets and liabilities shall devolve upon the Council so constituted.
- (2) All acts begun whether pending or completed by the said Orissa Ayurvedic Examination Board by the date of the constitution of the first Council, shall in so far as they relate to the functions allotted to the Council under this Act be deemed to have been begun or performed by the Council constituted under this Act, and such acts may be carried on and completed by or under the authority of the Council so constituted.
