Time and place of meeting of Council and Faculty

The Council or the Faculty shall have an office at the headquarters of the Government and shall meet at such time and place and every meeting of the Council, and the Faculty shall be summoned in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations or bye-laws, as the case may be : Provided that until such regulations or bye-laws are made, it shall be lawful for the President or the Chairman to summon a meeting of the Council or the Faculty, as the case may be, at such time and place as may be deemed expedient, by letter addressed to each member, on a clear notice of fifteen days.
