Chapter VIII MISCELLANEOUS
Statutory text
- (1) An appeal shall lie to the Government from every decision of the Council under this Act, except a decision made by the Council as an appellate authority.
- (2) Every appeal under sub-section
- (1) shall be referred within three months from the date of such decision.
