Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT AND CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNCIL AND THE FACULTY
Statutory text
- (1) The Registrar and other officers and servants of the Council shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may from time to time be conferred or imposed on them, under this Act or under any rules framed thereunder or under any general or special orders of the Council.
- (2) The Registrar may take part in the discussions before the Council or the Faculty, but shall not be entitled to vote.
