Power to enforce attendance

The Registrar or persons authorised by him/her while conducting an Inquiry Section 82, an Inspection under Section 83 or surcharge proceedings under Section 86, shall have the power to summon and enforce attendance of any person or to compel the production of documents or other materials objects in the same manner and procedure as provided under the Code of Civil Procedure 1908.
