Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act maybe called the Nagaland Co-operative societies Act, 2017. (2) It extends to the whole of the territorial limits of the State of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by Notification in the Official Gazette, determine and different dates for Enforcement of the different provisions of this Act may be determined by the State Government.
