Management of Deficit

(1) Where a Co-operative has an operational deficit in any given year, the Board of Directors shalt plays before the General body the amount of deficit along with reason for incurringsuch deficit. (2) No member shall be permitted to withdraw from the membership of a Co-operative Societies without paying his share towards clearing the deficit, if any.
