Conditions of registration

(1) A primary Co-operative may be registered with a minimum of 25 eligible persons drawn from or belonging to different families either with limited or unlimited liability. (2) A Co-operative, other than Primary, maybe registered with a minimum of five members which are already registered Co-operatives. (3) The word "Limited" shall be the last word in the name of every society with limited liability registered underthis Act.
