Effect of sanctioned Local Area Plan

Effect of sanctioned Local Area Plan.- On the day on which Local Area Plan comes into force, -

1. (a) All rights relinquished in favor of the Appropriate Authority shall, unless it is otherwise determined in such plan, vest absolutely in the Appropriate Authority free from all encumbrances;
2. (b) all rights appropriated shall be relinquished as determined and settled, in the sanctioned Local Area Plan and where is not capable of being so transferred shall be extinguished.
