No person shall acquire by length of possession or otherwise any right over land disposed of, allotted or occupied

No person shall acquire by length of possession or otherwise any right over land disposed of, allotted or occupied before the commencement of this Act unless such land had been recorded and registered either ill the Deputy Commissioner's Office or the District council's Office.
