Appeals :-

1) Appeals in all revenue cases under this Act shall be heard and disposed by the Administrator of Mizoram

Provided that nothing done on connection with the recognition on right and interest over land shall prelude any person from bringing a suit in the competent civil court for possession or, or declaration of his right to any immoveable property to which he may deem himself entitled . 2) The appeals to the Administrator shall be preferred in such manner and within such time as may be prescribed,
