Short title, extend and commencement:-

1) This Act may be called Mizo District (Land and Revenue) Act, 1956 2) It extends to the whole of the Union Territory of Mizoram excepting the areas under the Autonomous District Councils of Pawi, Lakher and Chakma. 3) It shall come into force at once
