Amendment of Section 63

Sub-section (1) of the section 63 of Principal Acs shall be substituted as follows, namely :- "The state Government may appoint a Selection Board consisting of a Chairman, a Secretary, and three other members for selection of municipal officers and employees as may be required from time to time as under:- Chairman - Secretary to the Govt. of Mizoram, Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation Department. Secretary - Director, Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation Department. Members - Executive Officer and two Councillors of the concerned Municipality".
