Amendment of Section 31

Section 31 of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following, namely :-"Appeal : Any person aggrieved by any order of the Municipal Electoral Registration Officer with regard to any entry in, or omission from, the electoral roll may, within fifteen days from the date of final publication of the electoral roll appeal to the District Municipal Election Officer. The decision of such appellate authority shall be final and binding.
