Statutory text
Clause (i) of section 37 of the Principal Act shall be substituted by the following, namely :-"(i) When a poll is taken at any election of a Councillor, the voting at such election shall be by ballot or by Electronic Voting Machine to be conducted in the manner prescribed, and."
