Registration in the State Medical Register

The Registrar of the State Council may, on payment of such fees as may be prescribed and on an application made in the prescribed manner by any such person, enter his name in the State Medical Register: Provided that the Registrar is satisfied that the person concerned possesses a recognized medical qualification; Provided further that the registration in the State Medical Register shall remain valid for a period of five years unless renewed before the validity expires.
