Governing Body

5. There shall be a Governing Body of the Single Window Agency which shall be the apex body for all matters of the Single Window Agency. The constitution of the Governing Body shall be as follows, namely:-

1. (i) Chief Minister : Chairman
2. (ii) The Minister-in-charge (Textiles, Commerce & Industry) : Vice-Chairman
3. (iii) The Minister-in-charge (Finance) : Member
4. (iv) The Minister-in-charge (Labour) : Member
5. (v) The Minister-in-charge (Forest &Environment) : Member
6. (vi) The Minister-in-charge (MAHUD) : Member
7. (vii) The Minister-in-charge (Revenue) : Member
8. (viii) The Minister-in-charge (Power) : Member
9. (ix) The Minister-in-charge (TA& Hills) : Member
10. (x) Administrative Secretary (Textiles, Com. & Industry) : Member
11. (xi) Administrative Secretary (Finance) : Member
12. (xii) Administrative Secretary (Labour) : Member
13. (xiii) Administrative Secretary (Forest & Environment) : Member
14. (xiv) Administrative Secretary (MAHUD) : Member
15. (xv) Administrative Secretary (Revenue) : Member
16. (xvi) Administrative Secretary (Power) : Member

1. (xix) At least 3(three) representatives, 1(one) of which shall be a woman, from the Industries and Trade Associations of the State nominated by the Department of Textiles, Commerce & Industry for a term of two years : Members
2. (xx) Chief Executive Officer
